Cuningham Group Architecture will lead a team of consultants to prepare a new zoning code and map for the City of Madison. The scope of services includes creation of an advisory committee to work with the consultant and staff to review and comment on the zoning code and map as they are prepared, and make recommendations to the Plan Commission throughout the code and map drafting process.
