Description:  Seek a compromise resolution to the issue of traffic diverters on Jerome Street at Coldsprings Avenue and on Coldsprings Avenue at Bainbridge Street. The traffic diverters shall stay in place until such time as this committee reports, dissolves, but no later than September 30, 2006, at which time the Council will either act on the committee's recommendations or make a permanent decision on the barriers.
