Madison General Ordinance Sec. 33.09 (2) - Acts as policymaking and budgetary oversight body with respect to the operation of the Henry Vilas Zoo; annually supervises the preparation of a budget for operation of the zoo; determines the hours the zoo shall be open to the public, subject to the requirements that it be open at all reasonable hours and that no charge be made for admission to the zoo or any part or exhibit thereof.
