A motion was made by Webber, seconded by Van Rooy, to Return to Lead with the Recommendation for Approval to the PUBLIC SAFETY REVIEW BOARD Ald. Lauren Cnare questioned why the ordinance was referred to the Public Safety Review Board (PSRB). Ald. Austin King explained that it dealt with bail deposits and that is why it was referred to the PSRB. The motion passed by acclamation.
