Verveer, to Adopt With Amendment(s) as follows: add "and the Plan Commission" in the second evaluation statement before "regarding such methodology" in the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause; add "the Plan Commission and Common Council to" after "Evaluate and make recommendations to" in the third evaluation statement in the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause; add "Make recommendations to the staff and Common Council regarding marketing the Inclusionary Zoning Program" after the the third evaluation statement in the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause; add "and regularly report findings to the Plan Commission for review report annually in July to the Common Council on issues related to the implementation of the Inclusionary Zoning program" at the end of sentence beginning with "Seek public input" in the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause; add "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the committee shall be staffed by the Department of Planning and Development; and" after the first BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause.
